So I open the paper this morning and read that this chick I'm friends with (but haven't seen in a few months) is in jail for child abuse, after her 9-month-old son drowned in the bathtub. Am I alone in the "what a total fuck up" sentiment? Her twin girls are in state custody now, and if I had a way I'd take them in.

I'm down with the Rockabilly fest (the link didn't work by the way.) I just need to ask around and find out who all from around here is down as well. Have they announced the band lineups yet? Are they taking any more acts?
