Here's what I love about the models here. Aside from the fact that they've chosen to share their beauty with the the world, thereby making the world a more beautiful place, so many of them have so many very different looks! And each of those looks is amazing in its own way!

did some pullups for the first time in, well, forever. now I'm having trouble straightening my arms. I look like a big honkin' meerkat!! Ha!

went for a run for the first time since the triathlon tonight in my barefoot runners. running over sharp rocks in your 'bare feet' is one way to spice up a run :-)

up early in the morning for another swim from alcatraz. this is becoming habit forming. once you get past the nasty reputation it's just a nice morning swim ;-)

Ah! Hoping to get all my work done so I can play this weekend! Hopefully I can catch up w/ the crew in the city on Sunday. And, of course, I've got to get some training in as well
