DK is feeling better for the most part. It is really hard to not be able to do much of anything for his pain.
And there is nothing wrong with checking out the site but not posting as often. I know that happens to me most of the time. By the time you are done checking on everyone else, you're too brain dead to actually type an entry.

What an AWSOME day! The sun is out and it's warm. I was up really late/early chatting with beautiful ladies...got up and hit the gym. Ran like...3.5 miles...whihc isn't great but since I haven't done anythign for months I was pleased.
Worked other stuff and then hit the tanning booth....which for me is more like a crisping cage but whatever.
