Updating now since I may not have time tomorrow. I'm heading to PA for just over a week for this thing called Pennsic and I plan on having a blast!!
It's one of many geeky things I do. While I myself cringe at calling me a geek I am told that I am one. I don't like it, not because I have anything against being a geek or geeks in general, because I don't feel I fit the intelligence portion of what I think geeks hold to.
So for the next week or so I'll be dressed up funny and hanging out with weirdos. YAY!
I even get to go for free! The group I'm going with hires servants to help out in thier camp. They pay thier way and stuff so I'm in like Flynn!
I am soooo looking forward to this. It's like lving in medieval times...only cleaner. The Porta-Potties they use are the cleanest ones in the universe. Cleaner than my own bathroom...bigger too come to think of it...
There's a working shower that's solar heated...so at times you get a warm shower..other times a cool/cold shower which in Augst is not an inconvenience.
I've been once before and it was one of the best times in my life.
Gonna get a nice tan, get drunk, with luck get laid...if it's good luck it will be with an attractive lady...bad luck...I don't wanna think about it.
