Ok so I forgot to mention this since I was away for so long...
I got a new baby rat. She's named "Snappy".
She came from a certain petstore chain that leaves out mousetraps in case mice escape. They get into the dry dog food and ruin the large bags. So instead of saaaay using a have a heart trap they kill them.
Aaaaanyways this little white rat escaped and went searching for food....and found a trap. "SNAP!!!"
So her spine was a little disloacted and she was gushing blood.....three days later they found her and brought her to the vet. The vet fixed the neck and bleedy boo-boos but they couldn't sell her.
So my gf brought her to me....since she calls me the rat whisperer.
She was veeery skittish and shy...with good reason.
Since I've had her she takes food from my hand and she plays with me even going so far as to mock attack. It's so cute!!
Kinda cool/kinda sad...she was so bloody on her head that her hair is stained there...so she looks like a strawberry blonde on top of her head.
Anyways I have to go and watch the new Stargate show.
