so i'm starting to feel a little bit better. thanks to everyone for the well-wishes! but no thanks to the baby with one eyebrow......

what a great weekend. i spent it with my girl and on saturday, my band played a show, which went both very well and very bad at the same time. it went very well because for the first time, all my equipment worked and the band collectively sounded great, we also had a pretty good response and my friends and girlfriend were there to see it and hear it.
...and then the robots killed
during this show, i broke my cello pickup. this costs money to fix. money that i don't have.

...urge to kill rising!

normally, if something like this would happen, i would grow to about 7 feet tall, turn green and muscley, then assume my duties of breaking down walls and throwing tanks. much like bruce banner, i later regret my hulk-actions. thankfully my girl was there to talk me down

after the show there was a party at my apartment with all my friends. it was great to hang out with everyone. i'm going to miss a lot of the people up here and the good times that were had. what i'm not going to miss is the papers that i stayed up all night to finish, which is what i'm going to do right now!
