song of the day: "walkin on sunshine"
i wake up to ethel merman, as usual. then i talk to my girl while i read about baseball and then the war. so basically, the only positives of that portion of the morning are, in chronological order: ethel, girl, baseball.

then i start to cut my hair. i just trimmed it, but without any real plan of attack. i have a feeling that the back of my head resembles my building's parking lot; muddy and full of potholes. after this, i go to class.

on the normally uneventful walk to class, some girl in her lexus feels the need to threaten to hit me with her car while i'm in the crosswalk. i then feel the need to give her the death look and then after she yells at me i give her the finger. yes....THE finger..hahaha. i always feel really dumb when i give people the finger, but it gets the point across i guess. she then turns around so she can drive by me to yell at me some more, at this point i tell her that i'm going to kill her (this isn't out of the ordinary, i typically use this line to keep arguments short and sweet) and then the argument ends as she drives off. i spend the rest of my walk vowing to carry my sword with me at all times to prevent future arguments. then i laugh with the image of me vanquishing dragons on voyages to learn. i hum rhapsody to myself.

then class happens, religious studies. following the class, i have a 20 minute discussion with my teacher about the meanings of religion and how they relate to historical truth. great stuff. good teacher. learn. good. go home.

this brings us to present time. where i sit at my computer and hope to watch the end of fist of the north star tonight.
