I've been listening to far too much of this guy lately:



It also makes me really want to go back to Iceland for a visit. I haven't been there in 20 years. I have a feeling it would be amazing to see now, as compared to when I was 11.

So this 'not looking for a girlfriend' thing is shaping up nicely. Although I do have a crush or two. But the thing about crushes, I've found, is it's best to never admit them. (I have admitted them in the past, with by far some of the most disastrous results imaginable)

I've decided to try my hand at some painting today. Well, actually, I'm more sketching out my idea on canvas first, no actual paint will touch brush nor canvas tonight I don't think.

I have to think of another photo for my 365 as well. I'm not so good at the 'coming up with things to photograph' part. This is going to be a bit tough. I'm barely a week in, and I don't want to miss a submission already...

I've purchased my ticket for Utah as well. So thats good. End of september is when I visit the big chill.
