I really miss having a dog.

I used to live at a place with:

A Bulldog, A Rottweiler, A French Bull Terrier, and a Boston Terrier.

I loved coming home purely for the fact that I would get knocked over by 4 loving mutts who were so happy to see me. After the shittiest day at work, you could come home, and the second your hand touched the doorknob, you could hear those bumbling fools clamber to be the first down the stairs for greets and attention.

*sigh*

I also miss how they would play so well together. I mean, two big dogs and two small dogs, you figure that would be a bad mix, but they all got along super well, the bigger dogs always looking out for their vertically challenged co-parts.

I can't get a pup unfortunately. I still live in a place where getting dogs is a big no. And finding places that allow dogs is really difficult here. Stupid everything.

The ladyfriend has a dog. A boxer named Miko. I love that crazy pup too. (I'm also very fond of said Ladyfriend too, too bad I don't believe that its going well... such is life)

So, once my l oans are paid off and I can afford to buy a place, then no one can tell me if I can or cannot have a dog. Because I'll own the motherfucker, and I can get whatever dog I want to live in my home.

Only 3 more years before thats possible.
