It seems I've given up the search for a place of residency. A little too easily.
I may have decided to move back home. I get my own studio in the basement. It's a large space, enough for my cats to be comfortable with. I have made a list of pros and cons.

PROS
Goal: save $400/mo
-- pay extra money on credits cards
-- don't have to pay for food
-- Id finally have my own space/studio in their finished basement. There is lots of room to live and entertain.
-- The house is big enough to where I could foster kittens, something Ive wanted to do for over 2 years
-- free internet access whenever I want
-- poss new car
-- getting reaquainted with old friends from that side of town

CONS
-- Add 1-2 hours onto my work day for commute and rush hour traffic. It is quite a hike from livonia to detroit
-- Spend 3x more money on gas for work/friends.
-- Living with my parents
-- car wear and tear
-- my friends are far away and I would see them on Tues/Wed on my days off. Itd still be a drive, cuz they're not going to drive to me. For as sweet as my basement abode would be, you cant have any fun when parents are around
-- I wouldn't have even the chance for a sexlife. I'd just have to get a quieter toy

If I plan it right, I can make a significant dent in my credit cards, and still save enough money to possibily buy a house in 6mo-1yr. If not a house, then at least I'd have a leg to stand on in the real world. But god, moving back home. Fuck me in the ass with a fork thats fucked up.

Help me out.. I need more cons...
