i keep pussying out on making entries. i figure if i put it off, life will blow over and i'll have something to write about that doesn't make me feel exposed.
halloween weekend in it's entirity wasn't bad. did the whole necto thing on monday. it was my first time going there and i'm glad it was on halloween. there are some very cool people in the world. you just have to get them drunk and in costume. i did my very first jaeger bomb. then i did 2 more. uno long island, a shot mike so graciously brought to me, with a bottle of icy cold water. had 2 glasses of a delicious alcoholic beverage ben made me before we went, and did washington apples and red headed slut shots with our driver. trying to keep up with your friend's drinking, no good. especially if they've got 50 pounds on you.
adam and i passed out candy last night. the kids were adorable. i sat outside on the front porch with a cauldron full of reeces, kitkats, and smarties. adam had his own bucket with nerds and this annoying candy that made noise. giving sugar stoned kids candy that makes noise. sure fire way to drive parents insane. we had at least 75 kids. had a couple lady bugs, they were maybe 2 or 3 years old. had a buzz lightyear.. a slutty cowgirl, dorothy, the cutest little tinkerbelle. some adorable, hilarious little girl came up and she was in all white and had an S on her chest. i asked her, what's your costume? she says with a sad face "I'm Salt and Pepper got sick" and she was all pouty and cute. hahahaha i loved it.
best costume of the night: little 5 year old asian boy wrapped from head to toe in toilet paper and scotch tape. fucking adorable mummy. he got the lucky piece of adam's magical mexican candy.. trick or treat!!
halloween is simply the most fun holiday. each holiday has its special moments and memories, but halloween is the kids time. it's so much fun to be a kid on halloween.
my mona lisa mousepad came in. it's pretty sweet. i'm looking at it right now going, man, that was a good purchase.
my vacation ends tomorrow. i work 9-5 thursday then straight on through the weekend. back to work. i took time off for pittsburgh and to celebrate the holiday. when things didn't work out, i celebrated anyway. so i got a vacation.
i need to make a career move. soon. i'm broke and my job takes advantage of me. if i only knew where i would be living in december/january, that would make it a lot easier to know where to get a job.
