I wasn't thinken that I was makin fun of anyone who does take prescription medication. I know many many many people who do. Even my own family. I'm just sad that this environment of pill popping Americans don't seem to have the whole solution. Like shopping and candy bars are going to make up for feeling sad. huh.
I think chemical imbalances are partly due to genetics and partly due to environmental issues and how one eats. Some things you can't just cure or prevent with naturapathic stuff but I do believe it helps tone down the suffering. I picked up this great book on oriental medicine and eating properly. It's under my fav. books.
Also my sista is into the other eastern ideas of it, just different language I think. She's all about Indian philosophies about health called ...crap can't remember so no i'm just rambling. but yeah. check into it.
