I went kayaking in North Wales this weekend. Was an amazing weekend, of rivers, plastic boats, good friends and scary noisy water. However one of the best bits was my dinner at the local pub the speciality which is basically a loaf of bread filled with beef stew!
I do really ache this morning, anyone fancy giving me a full body massage?
UPDATE
After a couple of weeks of just trimming the ever growing beard, because I could not be arsed to go ans get some blades - I finally have - so bye bye beard, and back to smooth face!
