I am sat at work and feel very uurrrghhhhhh - I hate feeling like this.... but trying not to moan - so doing it here to all you lot... I FEEL LIKE SHIT!!! I am also very aware that I am taking it out on the people I work with especailly my poor juniors...
as because I feel like crap I am unmotivated... so sitting here on messenger and twitter looking busy!

Feeling worse today - but because I am a brave little soldier I am back in the office, with my trusty friends daynurse and coffee - did not even have the energy to shave this morning... bluggrrruuhhhh
Not sure I have got enough sympathy yet - come on, I am a man and ill - this is bad!!!!
