I hate customer service people!!! what a bunch on unhelpful wankers!!! OK sorry to insult anyone who works in that wonderful profession - but have spent the best part of my morning trying to deal with them and it is not fun!! Hold music and then a very bad line with someone that doesn't understand what I am saying!!

Did everyone have a good easter?
I just got back from a week off, was supposed to go to France for a week, but my Dad was in hospital having cancer (and most of his jaw) removed, so could not really head off as he got home. So we had a 'staycation' driving round the cotswolds and whiltshire - nice to do some times, helps remember what a amazingly pretty county england actually is. We saw stonehenge, the white horse a couple of hill forts - all very cool and amazing to think how old they all are!!!
Also off to costa for a coffee in a bit - what do people want?
