Enjoyed a brisk morning hike along some abandoned trails behind a old drive-in movie theatre that’s for sale near me. It’s been abandoned too since a hurricane twisted the steel beams that made the huge movie screen, which itself is now in tatters, it’s aluminized reflective thick canvas once delighted all ages with fantasies and dramas now sadly wafting long silvery shreds in the breeze.

My new home state of Delaware had a modest population increase last year. The reason? …no sales taxes and cheaper overall cost of living than surrounding states. Steady employment in the service industries, banking, construction, healthcare, and excellent schools helped too. Population trends continue to swell and wane across America following economic and social opportunities, some even for political reasons.
