Anxiety over a risky upcoming heart rhythm correction procedure is kicking my ass, and I’m slipping deeper into a self gratification funk. I like Whoppers candy, but I'm increasingly unable to ration them. Was buying the small box, eating just that. At that price they're expensive so I switched to the larger pint sized milk carton box, and told myself 3 small hand fulls was enough. But nooo... I end up eating that whole box too! Tons of sugar fat and sodium, not good for me, yet I can't stop myself. Ordered 8 of them delivered from Walmart on Sunday, and now this morning all 8 are empty!

I understand you... I hope your heart rhythm is better.I recently discovered that I am lactose intolerant, but I love sweets and dairy products... not being able to eat what I like makes me sad

Thank you @nannakya sorry to hear about your trouble. Wish we could go back to the old times when everyone ate raw dairy products and no one got ill.
