Last legislative session the bill made it all the way to the Delaware Governor and he vetoed it, and so there it died, until now…
Fast thinking politicians came up with a plan to break up the bill into its legal possession language, along with separate legislation to handle the business and taxation nonsense… there’s nothing more a politician likes to do than create new revenue, so this year it seems more likely than last it will pass. The Governor remains the only squeaky wheel, but opposition to any planned veto this year is growing with renewed bipartisanship. Stay tuned 🥦💨😎
