Six months ago I suffered two complete cardiac arrests, shocked back to life both times. Still kicking, turn 72 in a couple months. Might need a heart or valve transplant but right now I’m king of the world loving life and Suicide Girls 😎

Every year the bakeries and coffee shops roll out their pumpkin spice flavored goodies earlier and earlier. Dunkin, Starbucks are already pumpkin pizzazzed along with countless “mom & pop” local bakeries. Here’s one of my earliest selfies I posted in SG years ago to celebrate #TBT

Saturday mornings at Fred's Lounge in Louisiana is broadcast live on "The Legend" 1050 KVPI and streamed online. The radio announcer sits at a small table under a hand-written sign: "Please do not stand on the chairs or cigarette machine." The little station has been on the air for nearly 70 years doing everything it can to keep alive a dying language.
