Today was actually fun at work - all the people who were complaining about one of my pools being down I got to refer to the Hotel Front desk.
I got to ask: If you get told when you make reservations, a letter sent to you before you come to the hotel, told once agian when you check into the room AND THEN there is a BIG sign when you enter the pool area - CAN YOU REALLY CRY "I was never told. I want a discount? I DON'T THINK SO.

No pool in July...in Las Vegas? You should close the hotel!!!
