A full week has flown by since my operation.
I am feeling much better. My diet has been very much modified now.
Gone are the soft drinks, fried foods, sugery snacks, and fatty foods.
I am eating leaner, more veggies, fruits, high fiber, lots of whole wheat foods.
Lots and lots of water with maybe some crystal light for flavor.

on wed. april 7, was my nephew's b day...one years old...it was so cool and nice to spend time with family. although we are all still recovering from illnesses and injuries.
then last night i graduated from heald college with an AAS degree in business admin. w/ criminal justice. hoorah....it felt good.

I am very much surpriced that nobody committed on the poem from the last blog.
This past week has been very trying.
This last Saturday, I ended up in the Emergency Room. I actually felt like I was having a heart attack.
It turned out that my gallbladder became infacted and had to be removed.
The doctor also fixed a minor hernia too.
