Talked with a good friend today. Oh how do I miss her!! She always seems to bring me back to a certain place in my heart where I feel all warm and giddy.........

Practiced with the band for the first time since last year. Things were a lil' on the rough side but lots of potential there. Got my paycheck today and it's spent tomorrow on a van. A van is a good thing. I've needed one for a many of years and now I'll have one.....

Went and saw the Rev. thursday at the Roseland. Was a great show but I was missin' a friend wishin' she was there with me to enjoy it. She missed out! Other than that nothin' exciting is going on. Work, teach, sleep, bored!!!

So today I realized that in the time it's taken me to finish blinking that a year had already paseed. For the past year I've felt like I've been watching myself from above. It's time to get back in my body and rise to the challenge. All of this is very wierd, and leaves an odd taste in my mouth.......today I brush my teeth!!!

Bass is finally in, but it has to go back out to get setup before it's time to be used. Time to start putting my nose to the grindstone and churn out some twangy licks, and yodelin' vocals!!
