I really liked 300. I can't wait for it to come to DVD. That is one we are definately adding to our collection. The Austin trip sounds like fun. My husband is originally from San Angelo, TX and is Austin is his favorite city. He wants us to move there. I've never been to Austin, but from the photos he's shown me it looks really nice.

Hopefully, he'll still like it there. What do you think of San Antonio? I've seen pictures of the missions and the river-walk and they look beautiful. My husband and his family claim that those are the only nice parts of the city. They say the rest isn't that great. He put San Antonio on the top of his list of where he wants to get stationed next. It's the closest Air Force base to his hometown without actually being in his hometown. He wants to be able to visit his family, but not everyday.
Work is alright. I don't love it but I don't hate it. I was kind of embarassed to find out that I have a hard time opening a bottle of wine. I've never had to open a bottle of wine before. I'm getting better at it.

Been a pretty crummy 2 weeks since my last post. The whole family went down with the flu and it was one of the killer ones that lasted about 10 days. Luckily I didn't get it until my wife got functional - although I don't think it would have mattered... LT had a 103 temp and you couldn't tell by the way he was playing....

Back at work after a pretty lame weekend. Tay's b-day party ended up better than I thought it would. Fortunately, most of the boys were "no shows" and the girls were able to have a make-over type party. Good luck with the puppy. I want a dog so badly, but my husband thinks our son is too young and we should wait till he's at least 5, but I think he's ready now, he's good with dogs. It seems we've come to a compromise and have agreed to get one when he's three, if he's still good with them. I guess I can wait another year.
