I had no pisco in the house at the moment, so I made due with a vodka sour. It was still pretty good. I am going to Peru in May, and it is all I can think about. The people, the food, the sights! ¡PISCO! I'll be doing a bit of everything: landing in Lima, then going straight from there to Arequipa for a few days. Then I work my way inward: Cuzco, Inca's Way to Machu Picchu, then I head east into the jungle. After a few days in each region, it's back to Lima for the last leg of the trip before returning home. I may not want to return.
Then again, if I never leave Peru, I might never get across the world to spy on @Annalee. She has once again reminded us that the Northern Hemisphere has its wonders, too! I'd suggest to you all that you give her set some love, but we all know that it's already going to attract that without saying. I may have a case of infatuation. I'm fine with that.
And also, my parents will be moving to Bristol this summer, so I'll have relatively easy access to the UK in the future.
Other than that, I'm never quite sure what to talk about on these things: I usually just send comments and messages to people on SG if I decide to communicate. I think what I'm really saying, is that I haven't posted a blog since before the site changed, and that it took me a solid minute to even figure out how to post. It was time to post something.
