Next half marathon training starts in February then next January the full dopey 5k 10k half then full marathon day after day. For those new here I use to weigh 400+lbs I’ve been able to hold off any unwanted weight gain but I’ve added plenty of muscle and with that I’ve finally been ok enough with my own skin to run without a shirt if anyone has something snarky to say well I give them the gists of the tale. That said 5 more years of half marathons in Florida for space coast. So fun times ahead. If you ever see tall blond and goober in the parks after the races at Disney feel free to say hi!
