Something is going on in my head right now. This thing that happens to me every now and then. It is a really odd sensation so I am going to write a blog about it while it is happening. I first remember it happening when I was about 10. It is like there is someone yelling in my head, but yelling in silence, it makes the world quieter. Everything seems to be going faster, my heart rate increases and I have to focus on staying calm, the muscles in my neck become tense. It is like my mind is racing but my senses can't keep up, if i try to read my eyes will race ahead but I wont be able to understand what I'm reading. If it happens while I'm asleep or while I'm sleeping it will give me these crazy nightmares which are always the same thing but in different settings, it always ends with a cylinder, a huge cylinder traveling through another one, sort of like a piston in an engine. It starts to crush me... or sort of. the mental feeling of being crushed without any pain, just the panic. furthermore, everything is sort of high contrast shaded in these dreams, sort of jaggy lines dark colors. Nothing is proportional to anything else, my head or hands will be huge, I will move in a sluggish manner. Sometimes my legs will be giant or sometimes the world is huge, or one things in the world will be the focus, like a curb will be somethings that keeps drawing my attention in the dream but even though I'm the correct size when the curb becomes the focus i'll be looking up at it and it will seems completely enormous.

Back to the feeling, it is starting to fade now. That was the first time it has happening in about 2 years. it always happening when sitting or laying down. It has happening maybe a dozen times since the first one I remember and last anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.
