It is a painting by Trevor Brown entitled "Olga". Trevor Brown is my favorite artist and his site can be found at pileup.com/babyart
The first time I ever saw that painting I was blown away. There is a tattoo shop near me (www.daweitattoo.com) that does pretty good portrait work and I plan to inquire about getting that piece on my left shoulder. Probably as soon as I get another job or something.
I wanted to upload a bunch pf pics, but the formatting is all messed up. I did however upload a 2nd pic and that painting is by Mark ryden @ markryden.com Its part of the blood collection.
I also wanted to get that done on me somewhere. There was a tattoo of that painting in one of the last issues of savage and it looked pretty close. I'm really into the little girls with big eyes theme.
