Well, being as huge as LA is, it's hard to say who might be best in your area. Time Warner Cable is pretty much everywhere. I have them as my TV and internet provider and they're not bad. Actually, they've been improving their service over the last few years. You also might want to Google "Woodland Hills internet providers" and see what comes up.
