I feel so worthless right now. My head is pounding from this stuffy sinus headache and my throat is so sore that I don't even want to open my mouth let alone talk or swallow. I keep sleeping and drinking water in little sips and it's not getting any better.

This is day 3 and it's even worse than day 1. It gives me the most god awful nightmares, too.

Prayers, happy thoughts, any thing. I want this go away before I miss any more work.
