Meatballs are in the oven!! Crockpot is set up to take them in the next 30 minutes or so.
Then it's just clean, shower, cook cabbage, put on makeup, get dressed pretty like and wait for my guests to arrive.
That's right, I'm throwing a Christmas party pre-party dinner. With my specialty. I made enough for 8 people... I hope that's enough for a decent amount of left overs... I don't cook much very well, but my meatballs are top notch. My goal was to make them better than my ex-mother-in-law (who would never tell me her recipe) and I think I succeeded.
Tonight there will be 3 hours open bar, prizes, dancing, live bands, awesome co-workers and hopefully many photos.
I wish I still had a spare freezer though... I don't know what I'm going to do with all the leftovers!!
