SHUTDOWN!
So far it hasn't effected me, but I am pretty sure it will end up with some effect. I don't actually work for the government but I do work for a government contractor.
This weekend I went to Baltimore and caught an O's game.
I am not much for baseball, I am much happier that hockey started tonight. However, some friends got married in Baltimore and it was a reunion sort of thing, so I gave in.
On another note, this is what happens when I am bored at Outback Steakhouse.
1. It is the angle of the camera, I dont have alien fingers.
2. I am not positive what I wrote on my hand, I think it might of been a phone number.
The moral is the story is that there are NO RULES at Outback, just fun.
In 9 days (?next Friday), I head to Nashville for my boy's bachelor party. No clue what we are doing yet for three days, but it will be nice to have that Monday off from work (Columbus Day). Although I do feel a little angered that the slaughterer of my ancestors has his own day!
