Hi everyone. I hope youre all doing well.

Things have a been a bit rough. Drama seems to continue, and a few more friends bite the dust.

However, i feel suddenly lighter and more positive. And thats something to be happy about. Ive even picked back up my Tai chi practice. Even doing some work outs here and there. Ive lost some weight because of my stress and depression...so i need to get it back! Hopefully in muscle this time.

Im now reading through the Tao of Pooh more thoroughly in hopes of receiving a bit more enlightenment on positivity. Hopefully i can rid myself of some of this negativity and some people in my life. (Itll also shave down the wedding guest list a bit ).

So all in all: same shit, different day. Im really starting to understand what that means.
