I'm doing a 10k for the MS society in October and just wanted to leave my just giving page link on here. I'm not 100% sure if I'm even allowed to as I'm still fairly new to the site but I figured since it's a legitimate charity that it would be ok.. Hi guys, so I'm doing a 10K with my sister and dad for the multiple sclerosis society and would appreciate any donations. MS affects 100,000 people in the UK alone and there is currently no cure. MS is a neurological disease which often leaves sufferers disabled within 20 years of initial on set of symptoms. I personally have watched as my mum continues to get worse from the disease and that is why my family have picked this charity, and I'm sure lots of other people on here have heard of or know someone suffering from this horrible disease.
All donations are done through just giving which means the money goes straight to the charity and your details are kept completely safe. Any donation would help the MS Society do further research which will bring them closer to hopefully one day creating a cure for MS.
