New update, as promised.
The trip to Tarpon Springs was fun. Unbeknownst to me, the Sunday we were there was Greek Independence day (from the Ottoman Turk empire). I'm Greek, so I enjoyed this a lot. There was a huge parade, and I got some really great pics.
We went on a wonderful 2 hour long boat ride and saw dolphins which swam under and around our boat. There was even a little baby dolphin which was less than 24 hours old. Colin got some great pics of that. I will post pics when I have more time.
We ate Greek food and drank Greek alcohol and had a big fat Greek vacation. Unfortunately, that weekend my mom ended up in the hospital.
It was a few days after her last radiation treatment, and she had some kind of intestinal blockage that her doctors said was caused by the radiation. So we came home a little early.
She's OK now, but that really sucked. She was in the hospital for almost a week.

The job is going OK, but it is SO exhausting. I am working between nine and ten hours a day. But, I'm making about twice as much money in a week than I did at the gallery (when I wasn't making commission, of course). I have no qualms about working my way up and trying to improve my life, so I deal with it.
Although, Wednesdays make me cry. It's the first day of the week that we have two doctors in, and they can double book consultations...so in theory, I can have up to four people coming in for the same time slot.
Everything else is just kind of holding steady right now.

Good luck surviving your wednesday, dear. It's nice that you're making more money at least, hopefully you'll settle further into the groove and it'll continue to get easier.
