Hooray! My first business trip!
Well, it's actually 1/2 business trip and 1/2 much needed short vacation. I will be staying here, courtesy of my manager's best clients.
As long as my manager is OK with it, I am OK with it. I don't want him to think I'm moving in on his clients or anything, and I know these folks are inviting me out of kindness. I will talk to him about it more tomorrow.
I am working 6 days this week, and Friday I'm doing a double. I need a fucking vacation, and this opportunity couldn't come at a better time. My mama didn't raise any fools - I couldn't say no.
