so I've been on here for a handfull or two of days now, and still have yet to find andy and zoe... fuck I wish they were both in calgary. today's the perfect day for the andy/zoe/rena three-wheeler to roll on down to the avenue and have beer on the ship patio. I hope that someday they'll decide to move here... or all three of us could move to NYC. either way, calgary is doing some serious sucking in the rena's social life department. being a pathetic suck isn't helping much on that part either mind you, but the winds may slowly be shifting.
in other news... I should be excited about recording today, but fucking hell my wrist hurts. I took about six months off from guitar, and then for the last four weeks I've been playing every day. It's really stiff today for some reason, and I'm kind of concerned. have I developed bad technique? am I giving myself tendonitis? ack!

Im learning how to play and my first few songs are every rose has its thorn, and welcome to the jungle. Since Im teaching myself I am definitely starting off with bad technique. Hopefully it wont take to long, and I will be making sweet sounds of my own.
