It's been a month since I've updated so I figured this is past due...
I've found a better job, more money and the perks are pretty much automatic. No deployments to worry about
either. So Whoo Hoo for that!!!
On a more serious side of things, my only brother has been accused of some serious crimes and is sitting in a jail cell with previously charged felons. I can only put my faith in the legal system and hope that the outcome is just. It's a he-said/she-said type of thing and it's fucked up on multiple levels. The family has hired an attorney so we've got the ball in motion and we are just playing the waiting game now. It blows my mind how he's being treated though, sleeping on the floor, allowed to change clothes only twice a week, three hours of outdoor time per week, no medical attention when it has been obviously needed and on and on... it sucks!

That's sucks to hear about your brother, he struck me as a very nice person. I hope it all gets resolved quickly.
