Still alive I swear, just really farking busy. Between work, coaching rugby, martial arts, and g/f I've got a busy ass schedule. Thankfully though all are heading in good directions.

I'm putting in a package to crosstrain so job will hopefully change to a challenge, if not.. other options will be explored.

Rugby, the girls are 2-0 for the season and have just demolished all opponents. First game was like 65-0 against Georgia Southern; second game 51-5 against Elon University. I'm so stoked about this season and we've got some amazing rookies which has soo helped us out.

Martial art - I'm now a green belt with blue stripe and am frequently asked to teach folks in the class. My sparing is getting a heck of a lot better and I'm really perfecting the techniques and forms. I'm so glad I started doing this as the abs of butter are now gone!!! Sexy belly is back and the flexibility is unbelieveable. I can stretch and put my head past my knee... never would have thought it possible, but hey.

G/f - still going strong and spending what time we can together. She's an amazing woman and sometimes I honestly don't know how she puts up with me.
