Ok so i set some priorities in my life around new years, update time
1. Get my fat ass back into shape, I want to be a 34 again
Scheduled a fitness assessment for tomorrow with a personal trainer, then keeping a journal to map progress. Also looking at entering a triatholon down the road. Want to be in shape for PJ
2. Complete a masters: started a class and doing well so far in it
3. Learn a martial art: starting second week of Ho Kuk Mu Sool, liking it so far and already learning quite a bit
4. Have started as assistant coach to the ECU Women's Rugby Team... should be good and give me a second chance for a workout in the day.
5. Keep the apartment clean... I let this one drop sometimes and hate it every time. So far, making better progress.

Needless to say, I'm in a better mood today than I was the last time

Oh... and V-Day sucks ass, I'll be having an anti-V Day feel free to join me in the rebellion. Best part is I didn't have to buy jewelry for anyone this year
