Things are going good still... work has finally given me stuff to do so I feel I have a purpose there now. Already making big notes on things that will need to be changed though if I can ever get in charge of the right programs.
Worried though as it looks like the motivation isn't there behind some of the folks. Going to have to sit down and talk to each person individually and figure out what makes them tick, then keep 'em goin.
