Turns out the room might already be taken - finn has a friend who has a friend who needs a place, or something. But he's looking into it. Rent is about $350, all in. If that works out, it'll be cool beans. If not, ah well.

I'll get more details on exactly when he's vacating, rent etc. Cat would be no problem at all. One of my old roomies had one, and it was fine. I grew up around cats, and the only reason I don't have one now is because I'm never home enough to take care of it. Sarah, the brand new roomie, was also hinting that she might like to have one around. I'm sure we could work something out.
