if you have a tingling sensation from your back to your legs when you move your back, you might have a slipped disk, there is pressure in your spinal nerve (not good) ...
if it just muscle pain then it usually goes away after a few days .. stretching your back muscles might help ...
If it is really that painful, it is better to get professional help .

I'm curious, what precipitate it your back pain ? heavy lifting, whiplash, bad sleeping position , sudden twist or sharp movement ... for some reason I find that back pain caused by a physical activity less worrysome than a sudden back pain with no obvious causes.

did you just write " i lift about 225 lbs " ? no wonder your back hurts ..

I found out it was inaccurate afterwards, I think that's why I enjoyed the movie better than other people because I never read the book (points for me for skipping that class in high school )

the best thing about living alone is i get to live in my underwear pretty much all the time. when i had to go to my parents for x-mas i hated that suddenly clothing and the indoors had to become part of my life again.

i think i only have like 15 invites right now but its still more than i need!
