All aboard the pain train!!! With the Holidays behind us its time to get back into the Healthy living. Hitting the weights and track hardcore. Getting the body in tip top shape for the beach in a little over 6 months.

Time to rise and grind!!! Cant wait for the snow to melt and the grass to grow!!

Just returned home from a great trip to Vegas where I stayed for free at the bellagio , ate and drank my face off. Also did quite a bit of gambling as well.
