Hooray, My restaurant is about to become a reality. As much as I've enjoyed doing the food truck thang, this city, with it's antiquated regulations (I though we were supposed to be a progressive, forward thinking municipality?) has really put the cuffs on what I want to able to deliver to my customers.
Over the weekend, I was able to dot the "I's" and cross the "T's" towards finalizing my own brick and mortar eatery. This is done in the hopes of producing the quality food I want to be able to give, and possibly use my upbringing, and invaluable lessons to make Nonna and Nonno proud.
