This is very sudden news. As of like 30 minutes. I am very seriously considering moving to New Orleans. Semi-permanently-ish. I've been down here for about 3 months or so and I'm not really ready to go back to New York. My grandparents have been trying to bribe me to move down here for a while and I've always stuck to my stubborn guns, but my money situation sucks right now and I can't really imagine going back to New York and having to deal with coming up with $10,000+ for school. A friend of mine wants to move out of her house and she found a 5 bedroom apartment we could share. A little pricey between the two of us, but I'm hoping we can find someone else to join in. The Hookah job is kickass, but not really bringing in the dough, so I'm probably going to get another job soon.
Anyways, my hairs growing really quickly, but not really in the way I'd like it to. I've got a mini-mullet/rattail thing going on right now and I've decided from now on, I'm wearing baby-pigtails in the back and a tall, motherfucking mohawk on top. It's gonna be badass and people are probably going to think I'm 12.
Apparently, I've lost 13 pounds since being in Louisiana, bringing my weight a lil' under 100. My diet has not changed (except for the worse in regards to how much fast food I eat) and I still smoke pot every day (which obviously leads to munchies and more eating). I have no idea what's up with my metabolism, but it's freakin me out. People have been accusing me of doing heroin lately and that frightens me. Not a cute look for me.
Oh, here's a little gem for all you lovlies:
I met this big, rasta dude at the Hookah Cafe the other night and we got to talking about how I drink whiskey and how he smokes out of a chalice? Rasta tradition? Anyways, he sent me a text the other day and it was the greatest thing I've ever read:
"Dear Grace, I hope I'm in your good graces. I wanna see you under different lights moons phases and places. Hopefully we can rendezvous and exchange fuck faces cause you drink whiskey and are in my good graces. Bless."
Oh man... there really is a God.

New Orleans is fantastic! I have the same thing with my weight, I can consume abnormal amount of calories (aka mcdonalds and others) and actually LOSE weight. I think it may have to do with stress. It sucks though, cause it's a bitch to gain back! So I feel your pain.
