Woo-hoo! I got my first credit card today! 
But... seeing as how I am with money and also seeing that I technically have $1500 at my disposable, I'd better keep it at home most of the time, at least until I have steady job and can actually afford to pay my monthly bill.
Speaking of jobs, I may have one waiting for me. This regular at the restaurant I used to work out made friends with me and apparently, when I left, he noticed and left his card for me. His friend owns a cafe in the West Village and they are hiring, so I need to send him an email. Although I don't really want to throw myself back into the service industry, I don't have much of a choice (being a full-time student and all).
Has anyone ever seen "Velvet Goldmine?" Pretty good movie... Jonathan Rhys Meyers is ridiculously goodlooking.
Why, oh why, must I live at home with my parents??? All I want to do is smoke a joint and hit the sack, but alas, I cannot...
