Today, I had to take Ms. Crimson Blaise to the vet to have her nail checked out. Yesterday, Iago noticed that she was limping and then noticed that it looked like she had torn a nail. It was a bit more than a torn nail.
Long story short, the vet told me I should bring her in when I explained the details. Crimson was sedated, her nail was clipped off leaving the ride (correct spelling for that?) exposed a bit now, but it didn't bleed so a bandage wasn't necessary. They gave her a sedative reversal shot, and within 5 minutes, she came out of sedation.
'Da poor puppy was groggy for a few hours but she seems to be walking with a bit more ease now. She was a brave little girl today!
