Foreplay. A wonderful little tool to really get someone all fired up. It can take good sex and skyrocket it to great, mind blowing sex simply by giving you a taste of something you want so bad but can't quite have yet. I have to give props to David_Prophet for making me think so much on this topic. Done well, foreplay is fucking amazing! A hand sliding down to forbidden areas, a blindfold to take more control, a lick or suck on "certain body parts" 
(ps- one of my FAVORITE things to do to you) all adds up to an unbelievable craving and begging for it to happen. I know some of my favorite foreplay moves.... the slight push down onto the bed, the removal of one another cloths, going down on him while having his fingers do some "dancing"..... you get my idea. Anyone have any other ideas?
