So when did I become so jaded on the Metal scene? Am I too old for metal? I mean seriously I went to an underground off tour Bleeding Through show and left before they were done. I just couldn't handle the crowd. It made me so angry. This hardcore dancing has bastardized all that I enjoy about going to a good show. I can't get close to the stage without getting kicked in the head. There is no pit, and they all look like epileptic monkeys! I should be able to watch the show and be in the crowd at the same time. Not watching to make sure I don't get my teeth kicked out.

And I am able to handle myself in pits. Always have been. Just not this dancing shit.

And don't give me that whole "But Bleeding through and (insert band name here) have always had the dancer crowd." They didn't I remember when they didn't and have seen when they didn't!!!
