Well I've been a slacker with working out since the whole get jabbed in the arm to save another persons life thing happened. I have been slowly trying to get myself motivated to get my ass working out and traing the way I used to. It really pisses me off! I guess going a couple of weeks with my arm hurting with the slightest movement really did me in. I had an ok work out this morning it was no where near what I used to do but I'm going to make myself get back on track!

Working 7 days a week isn't that bad! This was the first week in a couple of years that I've done it and I had fun. I think it's much better thyan going to the stores on my days off and spending all the money I had made that week. Fuckin TARGET! So now I will be able to save money insted of blowing it!
